I’m so glad you’re here and taking this first step toward a fresh perspective. Whether you have questions about my approach or are ready to schedule your consultation, I look forward to connecting and seeing how we can work together.

Healing is a deeply personal journey, often filled with ups and downs. Finding the right therapist can make all the difference in navigating this path. I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs and see if we are a good fit to work together.
Explore how my integrative, trauma-informed approach helps you move out of survival mode and into a life of clarity and connection. If you don't see your specific concern here, I invite you to reach out for a free 10-15 minute consultation.
Yes, I provide virtual therapy sessions to clients throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida, and South Carolina. As a Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider, I’ve designed my virtual practice to be just as deep and connected as an in-person visit. Whether you are at home in Newtown, PA, or logging in from Florida, we can work together to create the fresh start you’re looking for.
I am currently in-network with Independence Blue Cross (IBX) for Pennsylvania residents. For clients with other insurance carriers, I am considered an out-of-network provider. I can provide you with a superbill (a detailed receipt) at the end of each month, which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. I also accept HSA and FSA cards to make the investment in your mental health as seamless as possible.
The first step is a free 10-15 minute phone consultation. This is a low-pressure way for us to connect, discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, and see if my approach feels like a good fit for your needs. You don’t need to have a "perfect" explanation of your history—just a willingness to start the conversation. If it feels right, we will schedule your initial intake session from there.
Standard individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes and typically occur once a week to maintain momentum and consistency. For clients doing deep-dive trauma work, I also offer extended 80-minute sessions upon request. We will regularly check in on your progress to ensure the frequency and pace of our work continue to support your goals for renewal and growth.
Absolutely. I value flexibility and understand that life can be unpredictable. If you are local to my Newtown, PA office, you are welcome to meet with me in person or switch to a virtual session whenever your schedule requires it. My goal is to make therapy a supportive part of your life—not another source of stress—so you can stay consistent with your healing regardless of where you are.
