You deserve support that fits your life — not the other way around. I offer telehealth therapy and virtual EMDR so you can access real, depth-focused care from wherever you are.

I offer telehealth therapy for adults who want meaningful, high-quality support — and need the flexibility to access it on their own terms. Many of my virtual clients are balancing demanding jobs, family responsibilities, or unpredictable schedules that make consistent in-person appointments difficult. Some live close to my Newtown, PA office but simply prefer the ease of logging in from home. Others are in New Jersey, Florida, or South Carolina and are looking for a therapist they can connect with from a distance.
Some clients come to me specifically asking about virtual EMDR — wanting to know whether this kind of deeper trauma work is truly possible online. I’m glad to say that it is. Virtual EMDR is not a compromise. It’s a thoughtfully adapted format that I’ve found to be just as effective as working in person — and for some clients, even more comfortable.
What everyone I work with virtually has in common is this: they’re not just looking for convenience. They’re looking for real, lasting change. They want to feel calmer, more grounded, and more in control of their thoughts and emotions. They want support that actually fits their life — and moves something inside them.
As a Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider (BC-TMH), I’ve completed specialized training in delivering effective, ethical therapy through virtual formats. This credential reflects something I take seriously: online therapy isn’t just about moving sessions to a screen. It requires intentional adaptation of clinical practice to the virtual environment — and I’m committed to doing that with care.
All of my telehealth sessions are conducted through a HIPAA-compliant, encrypted video platform. The depth of the work, the pacing, and the therapeutic relationship I build with each client feel the same online as they do in person. Many of my clients tell me they actually feel more at ease in their own space — which often allows them to go deeper, faster.
Through telehealth, I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, ADHD, divorce, and more. If you’re in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida, or South Carolina, I’d love to connect.
EMDR — Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing — is one of the most well-researched, evidence-based approaches to trauma treatment available. And yes, I offer it virtually.
In a telehealth setting, I adapt EMDR thoughtfully and carefully to ensure it remains safe, supported, and therapeutically effective. Many of my clients find that the comfort and familiarity of their own environment actually enhances the grounding and presence that EMDR work asks for. The virtual format doesn’t diminish the quality of the work — for many people, it makes it more accessible and less intimidating to begin.
I’m trained in EMDR and am currently completing my certification through Evergreen, deepening my work in EMDR-informed and attachment-focused approaches to trauma. My approach is shaped by attachment-oriented principles — including the work of clinicians like Dr. Laura Parnell — with a strong emphasis on safety, pacing, emotional regulation, and the therapeutic relationship. I don’t use EMDR in a rigid, protocol-only way. I weave it into our sessions when it feels appropriate, aligned with your goals, and matched to your readiness. It is always one tool among many — never required, never used in isolation.
Before any trauma processing begins, I build a strong foundation with every client. This preparation phase isn’t optional — it’s essential, and it’s a core part of how I practice ethical, effective EMDR-informed therapy.
During this stage, we focus on grounding techniques, emotional regulation skills, and “resourcing” — which means strengthening positive internal states and building tools you can use when things feel overwhelming. My goal is for you to feel genuinely safe, supported, and in control throughout the entire process. EMDR processing only begins when I’m confident you have enough internal stability and readiness — and we always move at a pace that feels right for you.
I use EMDR as part of my work with clients processing:
I want to be clear: I don’t practice EMDR in isolation, and I don’t believe any single method is right for every person or every moment. My telehealth sessions are integrative by design. Depending on what’s most helpful for you, our work together might include talk therapy, coping skills, insight-oriented exploration, psychodynamic and mindfulness-based approaches, and EMDR — woven together in whatever combination feels most supportive and aligned with your goals.
The focus is never on using a particular method for its own sake. It’s on creating therapeutic work that helps you heal in a way that feels safe, collaborative, and genuinely tailored to you.
In our first session, I’ll mostly want to get to know you — to understand what’s been feeling most difficult and what you’re hoping to feel differently. We’ll talk through what’s bringing you to therapy, any questions you have about how I work, and whether this feels like the right fit. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we start.
If EMDR is something you’re curious about, we can briefly discuss whether it might be helpful and what the process would look like. There’s no pressure to commit to any particular approach in a first session — we simply begin with a conversation and build from there.
Over time, progress tends to show up in meaningful ways: reduced symptoms, greater emotional awareness, improved regulation, and a steadier, more grounded sense of yourself in daily life.
I offer telehealth therapy and virtual EMDR to adults in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida, and South Carolina. I also see clients in person at my office in Newtown, PA — and many of my clients move fluidly between both formats depending on what fits their week.

I specialize in working with thoughtful, introspective adults who often feel "stuck" or disconnected under the weight of life’s transitions and past experiences. Through a relational and trauma-informed approach, I offer a compassionate space that honors your story while gently challenging the survival patterns that no longer serve you. My work is grounded in the belief that insight grows through genuine collaboration and that healing is not just about moving past pain, but about fostering post-traumatic growth.
You may be wondering if real change is possible, especially if you’ve spent a long time navigating challenges on your own or feeling like you should have it all figured out. I truly understand that hesitation. My own path has been shaped by a deep curiosity about the human experience and a realization that we find our greatest resilience through connection, not isolation. It was through witnessing the power of being genuinely seen and supported that I grew to believe in the "Taza" philosophy: that a fresh start is always possible when you no longer have to carry it all alone.
In my experience, yes — and for many of my clients, it’s actually more comfortable. Research consistently supports that telehealth therapy produces outcomes comparable to in-person care. As a Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider (BC-TMH), I’ve completed specialized training in delivering effective, ethical therapy through virtual formats, and I’ve seen real, meaningful change happen through a screen.
Yes, absolutely. I offer EMDR through telehealth and adapt it thoughtfully to ensure the same safety and effectiveness you’d experience in person. Many of my clients actually find that working from their own space — somewhere they already feel grounded — supports the depth of the work. The preparation phase, the pacing, and the relational foundation I build with every client remain exactly the same online as in the office.
Not at all. EMDR is one tool I may offer — it’s never required, and it’s never something I push. Many of my telehealth clients prefer an integrative approach that blends talk therapy, coping skills, and insight-oriented work, with EMDR woven in only if and when it feels right for you. The work is always guided by your comfort and readiness.
Just a device with a camera and microphone — a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop all work well. I use a HIPAA-compliant, encrypted video platform, and I’ll send you a secure link before each session. No special software to download, and I’m happy to troubleshoot with you if anything feels confusing before we start.
I’m currently licensed to offer telehealth sessions to adults in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida, and South Carolina. If you’re unsure whether your state is covered, feel free to reach out and I’ll confirm before we schedule anything.
